CV

Christopher Unpezverde Núñez is a New York based artist and choreographer. His practice involves movements in dance, performance art, intervened objects, toys, assemblage, installation, collage and sound recording. He holds a BFA in Science in Performing Arts from the National University of Costa Rica.
A queer immigrant with monocular vision impairment Núñez turns his personal experiences into political performances, using childhood memories, individual fears and self-acceptance as inspiration for healing and comfort.
